VISA OVERVIEW

  • Duration: The UK Skilled Worker Visa allows you to live and work in the UK for up to five years. After this period, you can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), and one year later, you can apply for British citizenship.
  • Family Inclusion: Your spouse and children under 18 can join you in the UK. They will follow the same process for ILR and citizenship.
  • Work Flexibility: You can work an additional 20 hours per week in a different job if you wish.
  • Healthcare Access: You and your family will have access to the NHS, provided you have paid the Healthcare Surcharge when applying.
  • Education: Children under 16 can attend public schools for free.
  • Spouse and Dependant Work Rights: Your dependants can work full-time or start their own businesses in the UK.

REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Have a job offer from an employer on the Skilled Worker Visa Sponsor List
  • Meet the Skilled Worker Visa salary requirement
  • Demonstrate the required skill level and English proficiency (Not neccessarily IELTS)
  • Score 70 points based on these criteria.

The visa is typically granted for up to five years, after which applicants can renew Skilled Worker Visa status or apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

A dedicated caseworker will be assigned to manage your job search process and submit applications on your behalf. When a job opportunity arises, your caseworker will inform you. Please note, you will need to attend interviews yourself, as we cannot do that on your behalf.

Step 5: Job Offer & Visa Application
Once you secure a job offer and Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), you can proceed to apply for your UK work visa.

During employment, each employee will take out insurance for a minimum period of 6 months and undergo a mandatory medical examination
