Setting Up Your Dashboard

Your Workium dashboard is your central hub for managing your entire relocation journey. Here is how to set it up and make the most of every feature.

First-Time Setup

1Log in at https://workium.co.uk/login with your account credentials
2Accept the Terms of Service (read them carefully first)
3Select your destination country from the available options
4Choose your visa package based on your eligibility results
5Complete your profile information

Dashboard Sections

Overview: Summary of your application status, upcoming tasks, important deadlines, and recent activity
My Dossier: Secure document upload and management system - this is where you upload all required documents
Milestone Tracker: Visual progress tracker showing completed stages, current stage, and upcoming steps
Documents: View your personalised document checklist with status for each item
Vacancies: Browse available job openings in your destination country
Support: Access Luna AI assistant, create support tickets, and contact your caseworker
Profile: Update your personal information, contact details, and preferences

My Dossier in Detail

My Dossier is your secure document management system:

Upload required documents (passport, CV, certificates, reference letters, etc.)
Track document review status (Pending, Under Review, Approved, Needs Revision)
Receive specific feedback from caseworkers on each document
Re-upload corrected documents after revision requests
Store all application-related files securely in one place
View your personalised document checklist with completion percentage

Milestone Tracker

After payment, your admin team activates the milestone tracker which shows:

Completed milestones with dates (green checkmarks)
Current active stage (highlighted)
Upcoming steps and tasks you need to complete
Estimated timelines for each remaining stage
Overall completion percentage

IMPORTANT: After making your payment, please allow 1-2 business days for the admin team to activate your milestone tracker. This is done manually to ensure accuracy for your specific programme.

Changing Your Destination

You can browse and change your selected country only BEFORE making payment. Once payment is processed, your country and package selection is permanently locked. If you need to change after payment, contact support@workium.co.uk to discuss options.

Tips for Dashboard Success

Log in regularly to check for updates and tasks
Upload documents as soon as they are ready (do not wait for all of them)
Respond to caseworker feedback within 24 hours for fastest processing
Use Luna if you have any questions about the dashboard features
