Luna AI — voice mode, multilingual, and agentic tools

Luna now speaks 19 languages, supports voice in/out via Whisper + OpenAI TTS, and runs structured tools — show your status, latest invoice, referral balance, coupons, escalations, and consultation booking.

Overview

Luna is Workium's in-app AI assistant. Recent upgrades (Feb 2026):

Voice mode

Click the mic icon to record a question; we transcribe it via OpenAI Whisper and drop the text into your chat.
Toggle Text-to-Speech to have Luna's replies read aloud in the 'nova' voice.

Multilingual replies (19 languages)

Luna replies in your chosen language: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Turkish, Albanian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Czech, Chinese. Pick your language from the dropdown in the chat header — it's saved to your browser so you don't have to repick it.

Agentic tools

Ask Luna any of these in plain language and she returns a structured card:

'Where am I in my application?' → milestone progress card
'Show me my last invoice' → invoice card with download link
'How much have I earned in referrals?' → 3-stat card
'Book a consultation' → CTA to /consultation
'I want to speak to a human' → escalates to the support team
'When can I request a payout?' → referral balance + minimum
'Apply coupon NEXUS-XXXX' → validates the coupon for you

Privacy & rate limits

We rate-limit at 20 messages/minute and 200/day per session to protect against abuse. Sensitive prompt-injection attempts are blocked and logged without involving the LLM.
