Pricing & Campuses

Pick a duration, then a campus, then your add-ons. Final price is computed live in the configurator — what you see here is the menu.

1

Course duration (tuition, billed upfront)

4 months€1,900

Short-track intensive — typically A1 → A2/B1 depending on starting level.

6 months€2,100

Standard intensive — A1 → B1 or B2 with consistent attendance.

12 months€3,500

Full programme to C1 with TestDaF / telc Hochschule prep — strongest pathway to convert to study / work visa afterwards.

2

Choose your campus

Accommodation pricing varies by campus and is billed monthly — NOT upfront.

CampusCityAccommodation (per month)

Berlin Campus 2 (Friedrichshain)Berlin€700/mo

Health Insurance (first 3 months)

€300 one-off

Bundled expat / incoming-student health insurance covering the mandatory first 3 months in Germany. Meets visa requirements and embassy thresholds. €100/month × 3 = €300 total. Auto-renewable into a long-term plan after you arrive.

Blocked Account (Sperrkonto) Support

€400 one-off

End-to-end support opening your Sperrkonto (with Expatrio / Fintiba / Coracle) — required as proof of funds for the visa. We pre-fill the application, guide you through ID verification, coordinate the SWIFT deposit (current minimum: €11,904 for 12 months, pro-rated for shorter durations), and supply embassy-ready confirmation letters. Flat fee covers the entire setup regardless of duration.

Upfront vs monthly — what you actually pay at checkout

Stripe charges tuition + health insurance + Sperrkonto support upfront. Accommodation is billed monthly through a separate cycle.

Example — 12 months in Berlin 1 with all add-ons: €4,200 upfront (€3,500 tuition + €300 health + €400 Sperrkonto), then €700/mo accommodation billed monthly. NOT €12,600 upfront.
