How to Submit an Agency Assessment

Agency assessments allow you to submit candidate profiles for professional eligibility evaluation by the Workium team. Assessments are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days.

Step-by-Step Process

1Log in to your Agency Dashboard
2Navigate to the Assessments section
3Click Submit New Assessment
4Fill in candidate details:
Full legal name as it appears on passport
Contact information (email and phone)
Nationality and date of birth
Highest education level and field of study
Years and type of work experience
Current occupation and employer
Preferred destination countries (select all that apply)
Language skills and certifications
Any special circumstances, previous visa history, or notes
5Upload supporting documents if available (CV, passport copy, certificates)
6Submit the assessment

After Submission

Our assessment team reviews the submission (typically 2-3 business days)
You receive a comprehensive assessment report with eligibility results for each programme
The report can be downloaded as a branded PDF with your agency logo
You can link the assessment to a specific candidate in your pipeline for tracking
