Agency Payments and Invoices

Payment and Markup Structure

Workium does NOT pay commission to agency partners. Instead, agencies are free to add their own markup on top of Workium's published service fees when invoicing their end-clients — the markup is yours to keep, in full. Your specific responsibilities, payment cadence and any incentives are outlined in your partnership MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).

Markup Overview

Workium publishes a transparent service fee for every country package (e.g. Finland: EUR 4,400 total programme fee)
You charge your end-client whatever you choose — Workium does not regulate or take a cut of your markup
You remit Workium's published fee to Workium on the agreed milestones
The difference between what you charge your client and what you pay Workium is yours

Invoice Management

View all invoices in the Invoices section of your Agency Dashboard
Invoices are automatically generated for each candidate placement
Download invoices as PDF for your accounting records
Track payment status: Pending, Paid, Overdue
Filter and search invoices by date, status, or candidate

Payment Methods

Bank transfer (preferred for larger amounts)
Online payment portal

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your MOU (typically NET 14 or NET 30 days)
Ensure timely payment to maintain your partnership status
Late payments may affect your partnership tier
