Agency Cashback Programme

Workium rewards agency partners with automatic cashback on every payment. The more you pay, the higher your cashback rate.

How Cashback Works

1Make a Payment: Whenever you make a payment for candidate services, invoices, or packages, you automatically earn cashback.
2Cashback is Credited: Your cashback is instantly credited to your agency account after successful payment.
3View Your Balance: Check your cashback balance anytime in the Payments tab of your Agency Dashboard.
4Use at Checkout: Apply your cashback balance to reduce your next payment amount.

Cashback Tiers

Your cashback rate depends on the payment amount:

Payments under €1,000: 3% cashback
Payments €1,000 - €4,999: 5% cashback
Payments €5,000 - €6,999: 7% cashback
Payments €7,000 and above: 12% cashback

Example: If you make a €5,000 payment, you earn 7% cashback = €350 credited to your balance.

Viewing Your Cashback

1Log in to your Agency Dashboard
2Click on the Payments tab in the sidebar
3Your cashback balance is displayed in the green Cashback Balance card at the top
4Below, you will see your Cashback History showing all earned and used transactions

Using Your Cashback

You can apply your cashback balance to reduce any payment:

1When making a payment (for a candidate or invoice), click 'Choose Payment Method'
2If you have cashback available, you will see the 'Use Cashback Balance' option
3Click 'Apply Cashback' and enter the amount you want to use (or click 'Use All')
4The cashback amount will be deducted from your payment total
5Pay the remaining balance via card

Cashback can be used for:

Candidate package payments
Invoice payments
Bulk invoice payments
Any payment where Stripe checkout is used

Important Notes

Cashback is earned on the original payment amount before any discounts or processing fees
There is no minimum balance required to use your cashback
Cashback never expires
You can use partial or full cashback amounts
Cashback is calculated after each successful payment and credited immediately
You will receive an email notification when cashback is credited to your account

Overdue Invoices Earn No Cashback (effective February 2026)

To encourage on-time settlement and keep programme slots fair for every partner, payments made AFTER an invoice's due date are NOT eligible for cashback. Only invoices settled on or before the due date stamped on the invoice will earn cashback at the tiered rates above. Once an invoice goes past its due date, the underlying payment will:

Be processed and accepted as normal
Still attract the 5% weekly late fee (see 'Agency Payment Policies: Invoices, Due Dates and Late Fees')
Earn zero cashback, no matter the payment amount or tier

This rule applies to Stripe and Paystack payments and is enforced automatically at the moment your payment is confirmed. If you anticipate a delay, email billing@workium.co.uk BEFORE the due date — we are far more flexible with agencies who flag issues early than with invoices that silently pass their due date.

Cashback vs Coupons

Cashback is earned automatically on every payment based on the tiered rates above
Coupons are promotional discount codes that may be provided by Workium for special offers
Only one of cashback or a coupon code can be applied to any given payment, not both
