A step-by-step walkthrough of the Workium Business signup flow including service selection, company details, KYC checks and what happens after your first login.
Signing Up for Workium Business
The Workium Business signup is a single-form flow that should take you about 3 minutes. Here is exactly what to expect.
Go to https://workium.co.uk/login and click the 'Business' tab on the left-hand form. The right-side preview will switch to the B2B variant showing the mobility dashboard sample.
Under the Sign-In button you will see a secondary CTA labelled 'Create a free Business account'. Click it. The form will switch into signup mode.
Workium Business uses single-service entitlements, meaning you choose ONE primary workspace at signup:
This decision determines which sidebar tabs activate after login. You can add other workspaces later by emailing sales@workium.co.uk.
Fill in:
Click 'Create account'. The platform validates your inputs and creates your business record. Within a few seconds you will be auto-logged in and redirected to your chosen workspace.
For regulated services like Company Formation and certain Mobility actions, we will request additional KYC documents (passport copy, proof of address) when you submit. These are uploaded to Workium's secure object storage (Wasabi S3, EU region) and only reviewed by our caseworkers.
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login form. Enter your email and we will send you a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
Email sales@workium.co.uk for signup or commercial questions, or support@workium.co.uk for technical assistance. The Luna AI assistant in the bottom-right of every page can also answer most onboarding questions instantly.
